Pet policy:
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Pet rent is $10 per month. There is a40 lb. weight limit, and aggressive breeds are prohibited; i.e. no Pit bulls, Staffordshire Terrors, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Bull Mastiff, Dalmatian and Rottweiler.
